Stork was founded in New York to close a gap we saw from both sides of luxury commerce: brands and suppliers holding authentic inventory they could not move fast enough, and online retailers hungry for it but unable to buy it without risk. So we built the infrastructure in between. Today a team spanning luxury, marketplaces and AI works with partners across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Who is Stork for?

Brands: luxury and premium houses that want to sell more online on their own rules, through approved retailers only.

Suppliers: official distributors, wholesalers and retail stores holding authentic branded inventory they want to move globally.

Online retailers: sites and marketplaces that want verified branded supply without buying stock upfront.

What does it cost?

No setup fees, no subscriptions and no commission for brands or suppliers. Stork is Merchant of Record: we buy at your net price only after a real customer has bought, so we only earn when you sell.

Online retailers pay nothing upfront and settle with Stork after their own customer has paid.

How do you protect pricing and authenticity?

Every supplier is verified and every item is sourced from official channels. Brands set their approved retailers, regions, price floor and presentation once, and our AI checks those rules twice: before a listing goes live and again before an order is accepted. Anything that breaks a rule never appears.

Who ships, and what about returns?

The supplier ships direct to the end customer using a prepaid label from Stork, and tracking flows back to the retailer automatically. Returns go back to the supplier. Stork handles payment, duties, tax and the coordination between every side, so nobody holds stock they don’t need.

How do we connect?

Brands and suppliers: Shopify, SFTP, API, a CSV link, a Google Merchant feed or a simple dashboard upload. Eight ways in, one clean catalog out.

How fast can we go live?

Suppliers are typically live in 7 to 14 days, starting with one category. Brands go live in around 30 days with one module. Online retailers start with a curated pilot and receive their first matched feed within weeks.
